We envision creating an ecologically oriented intentional community, which allows various forms of participation. Although eventually we see creating a mini eco-village with a retreat center and natural style spa that supports it, we realize that its development requires a gradual step-by-step process out of which this larger vision will evolve organically.
1) Lots for sale
We are now offering the opportunity for perspective community participants to invest in owning a building site where they can personalize a living structure for their own use. Seven to ten individuals or families who want to own over an acre of property and have a permanent residence in a private setting within the project. Several parcels have ocean views, and the majority have beautiful green valley views.
In addition we have several quarter acre parcels available. These sites are very private, yet they are clustered near one another. Each has unobstructed mountain and valley views.
2) The Retreat Center/Spa Hotel Facility
A retreat center and spa facility on the 10 acre ridge top ocean sunset view portion of the property.
3) Nature Preserve
30 acres will remain as a nature preserve with trails, river, gardens, fruit trees and community areas.
