The property is located on 66 acres in a tropical dry forest. It is 1.5 miles from the ocean, and offers a 360-degree view from the a ridge-top area. It has views overlooking Pacific Ocean sunsets to the west, and of the sunrise over the distant green mountain across the valley to the east. The land gently slopes down through rolling forest hills to a seasonal river that runs through the property. Following a series of trails one encounters gardens, sweeping panoramic vistas, and a varying terrain of jungle, rolling hills, meadows, and flat land, all covered with a variety of native trees.
The pristine environment provides clean air, a quiet atmosphere, and beautiful warm starry nights. The mild year-round climate allows us to use a combination of open-air structures and enclosed building spaces for programs. It is a short mile and a half distance to a group of crescent shaped white sand beaches, where the clear blue water has an 80 degrees year-round temperature.
